TOP-PELLET ®Film Grades

TOP-PELLET® film grade materials have excellent weather resistance, permeability, softness and anti-slip properties. Medical grade TPE films can be used to cover the body of surgical patients, as well as the production of disposable medical gloves, surgical hole towels, surgical bandages, etc. The TPE elastic thin film are environmentally friendly, and offer permeability, non-adhesion, softness, waterproof, wear-resistance, lint-free, non-electrostatic properties. Elegant in appearance and good to the touch, blown film grade materials can be used for the development of customized products according to customer's specific needs.

TOP-PELLET® film grade materials are based on SEBS. They are non-toxic and will not cause allergy, responsive, and rejection reactions to human tissues. The materials exhibit good air tightness, temperature resistance, aging resistance, and can be directly sterilized using high temperature steam and UV. Therefore, such materials can be used as the base material for medical devices, surgical gloves, surgical gowns and infusion bags.
